Out of 267 neighbourhoods, a striking 97% of homes sold below asking, and 1% matched the list price\u2014bidding wars were certainly the exception rather than the rule. The gap between condos and single-family homes continues to shrink, with 95% of single-family and 98% of condo neighbourhoods seeing underbids. As an agent who closely tracks these shifts, I can confirm this has been one of the quietest periods we&#039;ve seen in GTA real estate, with 79% of the 4,200 homes sold in Mid-Q3 changing hands below asking price.
